1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Swoony iOS application and the related pages that link to these terms. By downloading, accessing, or using Swoony, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Swoony. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. You may use Swoony only where permitted by applicable law.
3. Fitness information and safety
Swoony provides general fitness, mobility, and bodyweight exercise information for educational purposes. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services. Workout guides are not personalized to your health, fitness level, injury history, or physical condition.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you. Use a clear and safe exercise area, move within a comfortable range, follow equipment-free instructions carefully, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or other concerning symptoms.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, have a medical condition, take medication that may affect exercise, or have any concern about exercising safely. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
4. Your Quick Login profile
Swoony's Quick Login lets you begin without submitting an email address, phone number, password, real name, or third-party social account. Swoony creates an app profile with a randomly generated identifier and username, reducing the personal information required to use the app. You are responsible for access to Swoony through your device and for activity performed through your profile. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
You can log out or initiate profile deletion through available in-app settings. Deleting the Quick Login profile removes profile and associated account records managed by the account system. Workout posts and media may remain in app storage after profile deletion. Clearing Swoony's app storage or uninstalling the app removes the app's data container.
5. Workout posts and other user content
Swoony may let you create workout posts using videos, descriptions, tags, profile text, and comments. You retain ownership of content you create. You are responsible for your content and must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to use it.
You grant Swoony a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, and display your content only as needed to operate the app and provide the features you request. This license ends when the content is deleted from Swoony, except where a temporary copy remains as part of normal app operations or legal retention.
Do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or identifying information in content you create. Do not post videos of another person without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Swoony to create, store, or interact with content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Promotes violence, dangerous conduct, self-harm, or unsafe exercise challenges.
- Is sexually explicit, exploitative, or inappropriate for a general App Store audience.
- Violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Contains malware, deceptive links, spam, or attempts to disrupt the app.
- Impersonates another person or falsely claims professional medical or fitness credentials.
- Makes deceptive medical, health, weight-loss, or performance claims.
You may not reverse engineer, bypass security, interfere with StoreKit, manipulate virtual coin records, or use Swoony in a way that could damage the app or another person.
7. Reports, blocks, and content controls
Swoony includes controls that let you report content and block profiles. In the current version, these controls are used to record your choice and filter the affected content or profile from your local experience. Blocking does not prevent contact outside Swoony.

8. In-app purchases and virtual coins
Swoony may offer optional virtual coin packages through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the transaction and controls billing, payment methods, taxes, refunds, and purchase history under Apple's applicable terms.
Virtual coins are licensed digital items, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be exchanged for cash or property. When available, coins may be used for supported in-app actions such as boosting a workout post or supporting the app with a tip. A boost does not guarantee any particular audience, ranking, response, or result.
Coin package availability, prices, and supported uses may change. Except where required by law or Apple's rules, used virtual coins are not refundable. If a purchase fails or you believe you were charged incorrectly, use Apple's purchase support and contact us if app assistance is also needed.
9. Swoony materials and intellectual property
Swoony, its logo, interface, workout guide text, design, sample content, software, and other materials provided by the app are owned by Swoony or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Swoony for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or create derivative works from Swoony materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.
10. Availability and changes to the service
Swoony may change, add, suspend, or remove features, workout guides, sample content, virtual coin options, or compatibility requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any specific content, or compatibility with every device or iOS version.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of original videos before importing them into Swoony. App deletion, device changes, storage cleanup, or software errors may remove app data.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swoony is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Swoony will meet every fitness goal, improve health, prevent injury, or produce a specific physical result.
Exercise involves inherent risks. You assume responsibility for your decision to perform any movement shown or described in Swoony and for using an appropriate environment and level of effort.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swoony and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, virtual items, profits, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Swoony's features, business practices, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will include a revised effective date. If required, material changes will be presented through an appropriate in-app or website notice. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
